Preliminary DRB Approval

Great news!  On November 5th, 2024 we received "preliminary" approval for the Harvest Crossing subdivision from the Underhill Development Review Board (DRB).  This is an important step forward towards building 8 affordable homes on the 8.6 acre property currently owned by the United Church of Underhill.  The leadup to the DRB approval took several months and involved a detailed review of all the environmental, wetlands, archeological and engineering site work we have accomplished to date.  We are now ready to finalize details of our site design and begin the process of applying for the necessary state permits which need to be obtained before receiving final DRB approval.  The DRB preliminary approval document is available at:   12641
