Great news!  On November 5th, 2024 we received "preliminary" approval for the Harvest Crossing subdivision from the Underhill Development Review Board (DRB).  This is an important step forward towards building 8 affordable homes on the 8.6 acre property currently owned by the United Church of Underhill.

After 3 years of fund raising and information gathering we are pleased to announce that the purchase of 8 acres of land for affordable homes in the village of Underhill Flats is now complete. Stay tuned for upcoming information and celebration events.
