Town Permit Process

The Underhill Development Review Board held it’s “preliminary” hearing on the Harvest Crossing affordable housing initiative on July 1st, 2024.  Our engineer, George McCain, made the presentation of the site design and plans for handling utilities, waste water and storm water.  Not surprisingly, much of the conversation at the meeting focused on managing the storm water from the site.  No decisions were made and the DRB voted to seek an outside expert on storm water management to review our plans.  George McCain welcomes this review and will participate as needed.  The hearing will be continued on August 5th at 6:30 p.m. at the Underhill Town Hall.
